Ohiopyle High Bridge

The Ohiopyle High Bridge is a structure that carries the Great Allegheny Passage trail across the Youghiogheny River in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania The span was originally opened in 1912 as part of the last major railroad constructed in Pennsylvania. 
 It served the Western Maryland Railway's expansion from Cumberland, Maryland to Connellsville, Pennsylvania

Mountain Lurel Blooms

One of the most beautiful blossom comes from one of my most favorite ground cover shrubs, the Mountain Laurel and if you zoom in on the center bud you'll see a small whiite spider crawling in, I imagine to enjoy some nector. The Mountain Laurel is close relative of rhododendrons and azaleas, It’s also evergreen, so even in the coldest weather its leathery deep green foliage provides a welcome sign of life.
